A Log Home Evaluation takes usually 2 - 3 days.

This can vary if it's a complicated Log Home or if the square footage is above 2,000sq.ft.

We charge a fixed flat rate of $ 700 per day. This includes the evaluation report.

In addition to the evaluation fee are some travel expenses. After we receive your information about the property and location we will be able to provide you with the amount for the travel expenses.

The total costs for the Log Home Evaluation and the Travel Expenses will be stated in the Log Home Evaluation Agreement.

Sometimes, if circumstances occur that where not known before and more time for the evaluation is needed the costs for the evaluation and the travel expenses will increase. We will inform our customers immediately about the circumstances and the additional costs. The customer has to agree to these additional costs.

As you can see, the costs for Log Home Evaluation is minimal compared to the value of the Log Home.
